The organizer reserved a number of rooms at the following hotels which are within walking distance to the ICCN 2024 Venue (Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre - HKCEC).

 

1. Please refer to the booking terms and cancellation policy of each hotel when you make reservation.
2. All rooms booked inclusive of daily breakfast and Wifi internet access.
3. Group booking policy will apply for 10 rooms or above. Please contact the Secretariat for details.

5. Cancellation policy
   • One (1) night room rental will be applied to the given credit card if booking is being amended or cancelled before 11 October 2024.
   • Entire period of stay will be applied to the given credit card for no-show or late cancellation.
